Payment Authorization Agreement

Last modified: September 4, 2025

By saving a payment method to your i2i Account, you agree to this Payment Authorization Agreement. This agreement governs how we handle your payment information and process payments on behalf of your chosen Service Provider.

Authorization to Store Your Payment Method

You authorize i2i LLC (“i2i,” “we,” or “us”) and our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe, Inc.) to securely store and use your payment method information (the “Payment Method”) for the purpose of paying for any and all fees you incur for services rendered by any Service Provider you connect with on the i2i Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and any other fees for which you are responsible.

Authorization for Automatic Card Updates

To ensure uninterrupted service and prevent payment failures, you acknowledge and agree that i2i may participate in recurring update services offered by the card networks (such as Visa’s Account Updater or Mastercard’s Automatic Billing Updater). Through these services, your financial institution may automatically provide our payment processor with updated card information (such as a new card number or expiration date) if your stored card is replaced or expires. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to update your Payment Method with any new information provided by your financial institution and to continue charging the updated card in accordance with this agreement.

Authorization for Pre-Authorization Holds

You understand and agree that, to verify the validity of your Payment Method and the availability of funds, i2i may, on behalf of your Service Provider, initiate a temporary pre-authorization hold on your card prior to a scheduled appointment.

This is a temporary hold, not a permanent charge.

The hold may be for a small amount (e.g., $1.00) or for the estimated amount of your financial responsibility for the upcoming session (e.g., your copay).

The hold will be released in accordance with the policies of your card-issuing bank, typically within a few business days.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information in your i2i Account. If your payment information changes, you agree to promptly update your account. You acknowledge that if your Payment Method is declined, you remain fully responsible for all payments due.

Revoking Your Authorization

You may revoke this Payment Authorization at any time by removing your Payment Method from your i2i Account. Revoking this authorization will not affect any charges that were processed before your authorization was revoked.
